Loan

Loan service is available only for people enrolled at the University of Turin. Each user can borrow a maximum of three volumes a time for 30 days, after which the loan can be extended - eather at the library desk or over the phone - for an additional period of 15 days, unless other users have in the meanntime reserved the same volume(s) for loan. If the volumes are shelf-marked with Edisu, the maximum available for loan is two books each time for 40 days. In this case, the loan can be extended - eather at the library desk or over the phone - for an additional period of 30 days, unless other users have in the meanntime reserved the same volume(s) for loan.

The volumes shelf-marked with Cons, Font, or Dono Dalmazzo are not available for loan, as well as those that are marked with a red dot on their spine.

Loan must be registered at the reception desk. Users must return the books they have borrowed by due date. In case of belated book return, users will be suspended from library services for a period of time tantamount to the days of delay.

In order to reserve a seat in the library, users must send an email to biblioteca.cuneo@unito.it and specify the time slot (morning or afternoon) in which they wish to access the library, as well as the books they want to borrow.
